I have a long narrow Victorian house built in the1890's with balloon framing, fishscale shingles on the front, 2 story, front and back stairs to second floor, orginally built with gas lighting. I have heard of houses like this being called shotgun houses because one can see from the front to the back. I'm looking for the orginal floor plan. The house is built in Bellingham, WA - cedar studs, fir siding, floors, window trim.
