they have many styles of historic homes and cottages and tell you how to build them and what they cost to build in your area.
This is the most comprehensive site I have found.

Thank you Pam.  I am very impressed [finally!] with these stock designs offered on the web.  With other suppliers, there often are details on reproduction exteriors that don't match authentically -- but these match pretty accurately!

This question has been asked before I am sure: Does anyone know about any 3D architecture software that can design Victorian homes, especially close to their original structures before 1900? I would appreciate knowing. Thanks.
